Born from a desire to further differentiate the strong church niche of Lee Agency, Inc., Titus Insurance Group (TIG) was founded with one goal: partner with churches to protect their assets through the use of strong risk management and specialized insurance products.

Combined with strong insurance carriers, TIG is actively insuring churches in the Midwest. In addition, a unique program has been designed that is specifically tailored for Willow Creek Association churches.

Tom Norton, CIC

Tom was appointed Sales Manager in 1986 and became the owner of Lee Agency, Inc. in 1999. Through his leadership, the company has grown in a number of niche markets, while increasing premium growth and client retention.

Lance Williams

With over ten years of full-time pastoral experience, Lance brings a unique ability to truly understand TIG’s clients. Lance is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and will finish his Masters of Divinity from Phoenix Seminary in 2009.

Brenda Hoeper, CISR

Brenda has served with Lee Agency since 1998. As a member of the Sales team, she has worked extensively with churches and long-term care facilities, and currently dedicates her time and energy to introduce churches to the Titus Insurance Group.

Nate Orvis, CIC

Nate has been with Lee Agency since 2001 and currently serves on the leadership team by helping to set goals and develop strategies for client and company success. Nate is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute.

Andy Schoepf

As Customer Service Manager, Andy’s role spans from the leadership of customer service agents to building relationships with the insurance companies whom Lee Agency represents. He has been with Lee Agency since 2004.

Jason Norton, CIC

Jason joined the Lee Agency team in 2004, and earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2008. He contributes to the leadership team as a financial analyst.

Diane Thiering, CISR

Since joining Lee Agency in 2001, Diane has provided professional Customer Service to over 300 churches. As an integral team member, she also works with long-term care facilities.

Angie Sink

Angie has been with Lee Agency since 2005, and provides superior customer service to her clients. Her distinguished work resulted in her appointment as the team leader in her department, and Angie's current responsibilities include training other agents to serve their customers with courtesy, efficiency and accuracy.
