Effective October 1, 2009, Titus Insurance Group's church insurance program is available in the following states:

Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri*, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin

*Dividend program is currently not available in the state of Missouri (5/12/2010)
